After qualifying as a Physiotherapist from the University of Brighton, in 2013 she started working for the NHS and continues to do so as a Team Lead in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Her passion for Pelvic Health began in 2016 and she has a keen interest working with women’s health in exercise and sport.
She has played high level hockey since a child, run a marathon and more recently developed a love for CrossFit. Lizzy believes that pelvic health issues should not stop women achieving their fitness goals and as someone who has been active all her life, she appreciates how frustrating it can be when you have to stop.
